On Dec. 13th, Simon Franglen, master of Hollywood Film music production visited 3D music hall of Shanghai Center 126 floor, and carried on a customized 3D Sound music production in order to achieve the best 3D sound experience in the hall. As Full Dimension’s creative adviser，Simon has also discussed the technical operation of 3D sound content synthesis with Chinese team.
Simon Franglen is a composer and musician, best known for his Golden Globe nominated work on Avatar (2009) and Grammy winning work on Titanic (1997). His credits include four of the top grossing films of all time and six of the top selling albums. He recently finishing scoring The Magnificent Seven (2016) and has composed music for Terrence Malick's Voyage of Time: Life's Journey (2016).
He received a Grammy Award for Record of the Year for his production on the smash hit "My Heart Will Go On" from James Cameron's Titanic, and received Golden Globe, Grammy Award and World Soundtrack Award nominations for co-writing and producing the theme song "I See You" from Cameron's Avatar.
With over four hundred music credits, Franglen has worked with an array of pop, RnB and classical artists including Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones, Celine Dion, Luciano Pavarotti and Madonna. |
