This case is located on the second floor of the conservatory of music, Shanghai Normal University. To expose the students to a standard acoustic environment for study, operation and practice and for cultivating outstanding recording engineers, mixers to improve audio industry standards and catch up with the international audio development. Consequently, after an entire communication with Full Dimension , the surround sound laboratory with “Green Studio” concept came into being.
According to the specific requirements of the Conservatory of Music in Shanghai Normal University, the lab is equipped with the following three functions:
1. Post-production and mixing of the surround sound of movies and TV dramas
2. Real-time playback and movie-review of the video with surround sound
3. A recording room with natural sound field
